At the end of the 3-day retreat, a closing remark was given by the Deputy Speaker of the Adamawa State House Assembly, Hon. Mohammed Buba Jijiwa. He commended USAID’s State2State for staging such an outstanding event. He believes that the retreat and certification ceremony marked a significant turning point in the state’s growth because of the scaled knowledge acquired at the retreat.
