Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has thanked God for his victory at the Tribunal on Monday this week. He says there is no victor and no vanquished in the Tribunal Verdict which upheld his election. Governor Fintiri made the reaction on Tuesday shortly after he arrived from Abuja at Lamido Aliyu Mustafa International Airport. He saluted the judiciary for doing its job to uphold his election and expressed the conviction that the remaining judgments will also follow suit. The Adamawa State Governorship Electoral Petitions Tribunal dismissed the petition filed by Dr. Umar Ardo against Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for lack of merit.
