Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has flagged off the construction of the Mubi Roundabout flyover in Yola. The overhead bridge is the third in Yola, being constructed by the Fintiri administration: Governor Umaru Fintiri, while speaking at the event on Saturday, said the project will cost ₦9,264,498,755.33K. The governor disclosed that the project was awarded to Messes Triacta Nigeria Limited as Lot 1 with a completion period of 18 months. He expressed the commitment of his administration to continue to prioritize urban and rural development in the state. The Commissioner of Works, Alhaji Adamu Atiku Abubakar, commended Governor Fintiri for his commitment to the development of the state. Among the dignitaries who attended the event were Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa G. Farauta, a Member of House of Representatives Jada, Ganye, and Mayo belwa Hon. Mohammed Bassi, Secretary to the State Government Barrister Auwal Tukur, Chief of Staff Government House Yola, Dr Edgar Amos, Commissioners, and Advisers, among others.
