The honourable commissioner of local government affairs, Alhaji Ibrahim Mijinyawa, has received twenty-one generators and hospital equipment. Receiving the items on behalf of the commissioner, the permanent secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Sule Yahaya, applauds the efforts of the local government chairmen. He added that the gesture will go a long way in reducing the hardship faced by the citizens. Earlier, while presenting the equipment, the consultant, Mr. Rimanyang Yabkwa Usman, said seven hundred and seventy-four (774) comprehensive health centres were provided in all the local governments of Nigeria to access health facilities within their reach.
