Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri flagged off model school construction in all 21 local governments of Adamawa State on Thursday.  At the ceremony in Girei, the governor stressed that every local government in the state gets its fair share of development strides, in line with his governance philosophy that no one is left behind and nothing is left untouched. He further disclosed that there won’t be a local government without a project of a minimum of one billion naira to show for the bold decision they took in voting him into office. This is one step in the fulfillment of that pledge. “The 21-model school project is the first phase of such development in the state.
