In a momentous occasion that will go down in history, Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri unveiled a state-of-the-art 60-bed capacity cottage hospital in the heart of Demsa Local Government Area in Adamawa State. This extraordinary achievement marks a significant milestone in Governor Fintiri’s nearly five years of tireless service to the people of Adamawa.
This remarkable cottage hospital is a testament to Governor Fintiri’s unwavering commitment to improving healthcare infrastructure in the state. With the commissioning of this hospital, the Governor has now overseen the construction of an impressive 8 cottage hospitals, renovations of hospitals across the 21 local government areas, construction of a world class medical laboratory, Construction of Dialysis center, introduction of health insurance for the civilian servants, free access to medical care for the aged (people above 70) and the young (children below 3 years of age) showcasing his dedication to enhancing access to quality healthcare for all residents, particularly the underserved and vulnerable populations.
