The USAID State2State project in Adamawa organized a consultative meeting workshop to review and strategize the implementation of its Year 5 work plan. The workshop brought together stakeholders from various sectors, including government officials, civil society organizations, and development partners, to ensure the project’s continued success and sustainability.
The key objectives of the workshop included reviewing the State2State FY 2024 work plan implementation. Participants assessed the progress made under the Fiscal Year 2024 work plan, identifying achievements, challenges, and improvement areas. This review was crucial in setting the stage for enhanced project activities in the coming year.
The workshop also evaluated the effectiveness of various interventions, reforms, and knowledge products introduced by the State2State project. Discussions centered around the impact of these initiatives on governance, service delivery, and community development. A comprehensive analysis of data and information gathered from Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) and other sources was conducted. This data-driven approach aimed to provide insights into the project’s outcomes and inform future planning and decision-making.
