The Adamawa State House of Assembly has concluded a week-long study visit to Rwanda, where lawmakers attended a summit on the Use of ICT, Policy Formulation, and Inclusive Governance in Kigali.
Speaker Bathiya Wesley urged lawmakers to utilize the knowledge gained for the development of Adamawa State, emphasizing that their 25 constituencies expect them to meet their yearnings and aspirations.
During the certificate presentation ceremony, Speaker Wesley praised Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for maintaining a cordial working relationship with lawmakers.
