News :Dr. Mary Paninga, Executive Chairman of the Adamawa State Planning Commission (ASPC), has congratulated Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on marking six years in office, including two years into his second tenure, hailing his administration as a beacon of development, transparency, and inclusive governance. The ASPC, the hub for state planning, development, monitoring, evaluation, and donor intervention coordination, praised Fintiri’s remarkable achievements that have placed Adamawa State in the global spotlight. Dr. Paninga commended Governor Fintiri for his unwavering commitment to transforming Adamawa through his 11-point agenda, earning him the moniker “The Project Master.” She highlighted the state’s strides in infrastructure, healthcare, education, agriculture, and economic empowerment, noting that these efforts have positioned Adamawa as a model for sustainable development in Nigeria. “Under Governor Fintiri’s visionary leadership, Adamawa has become a global reference for progress, with projects that touch every corner of the state,” Paninga stated. Since taking office in 2019, Governor Fintiri has overseen transformative initiatives, including: Construction of roads, flyovers, and urban renewal projects, earning him the prestigious Infrastructure Development Award for the second time in 2024, presented by Vice President Kassim Shettima on behalf of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
