This subdivision comprises units through which research and planning are being executed.
Donor Support Coordination Dept.
This is the department exclusively responsible for Donor Coordination, Donor Mobilization and general Donor programme evaluation.
Service Delivery Improvement Dept.
This wing is responsible for service improvement, service monitoring, service evaluation and it also serves as the information system unit.
Administration & Human Resources Department.
A department made up of the administrative unit, human resources unit and general services unit
Finance & Accounts Dept.
This is the department labelled the financial wing. It comprises Accounts unit and Funds Disbursement unit.
