He was born on 2nd November, 1977 at Numan, Adamawa State. He started his early Education at Pare Primary School Numan. Then proceeded to Offa Grammer School in Kwara State for his Secondary Education which he later completed at Government Day Secondary School Demsa in 1996.
The Young Dishi Khobe gained admission at the Federal University of Technology, Yola where he obtained a B. Tech in the year 2000. He later obtained M. Tech at the same University in the year 2007. He capped by obtaining a Ph.D in the same University in 2014.
He was at one time or the other a lecturer, Reader, visiting Reader and Associate Professor in Adamawa State University, Mubi, Federal University Wukari & Federal Polytechnic, Mubi.
He in the current Commissioner for Agriculture.
