Adamu Titus was born at Talum in 1973. He attended Kiri Primary School from 1981 to 1986. He proceeded to Government Secondary School Shelleng from 1987 to 1993.
He obtained a National Diploma in Agriculture Technology from Adamawa State College of Agriculture, Mubi in 1998. He then obtained a Degree in guidance and Counseling from Evangilical Theological Seminary Kaltungo in 2015.
Adamu Titus started his working career as a grass root politician when he emerged as the Vice Chairman of Shelleng Local Government council in 2007. He has also served as a onetime Chairman of Shelleng Local Government Council. He is currently the Commissioner of Culture and Tourism.
