She attended Old GRA Primary School Jimeta from 1976 -1981, Government Girls Secondary School, Yola 1982-1980. She then went to Kaduna Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma & Higher National Diploma from 1995-2000. She was a Special Assistant to Former Governor Murtala Nyako on Political Enlightenment from 2007-2008. She is currently the Commissioner of Women Affairs and Social Development
