Hon. Mustapha Musa Jika was born on 6^th June, 1968. He obtained his first school leaving certificate from Hammawa Primary School in 1982. He obtained his West African School Certificate from Yelwa Government Secondary School, Yola in 1988. He is a holder of BSc. in Business Management from Modibbo Adama University of Technology, Yola in 2014.

Mustapha Musa Jika was an elected councilor in 1991. He was a member of People’s Democratic party caretaker committee for Adamawa State. He is currently the Commissioner of Transport.
