He was the Director (Consultant), Policy arid Research for the Atiku Presidential Campaign Council and later the PDP Presidential Campaign Council. Both positions have provided him with the privilege being deeply involved in all PDP Caucus decisions leading to the 2019 General Elections in Nigeria. He successfully led the faculty that crafted the Atiku Plan for Nigeria.
As a Consultant to Development Partners, he has been a commendable resource to the World Bank and LJSAID funded projects in Nigeria. He was a consultant to the World Bank funded Roll Back Malaria Booster Project which spearheaded the distribution of over 63 Million Long Lasting Insecticidal Nets (LLINs) across Nigeria This feat was unprecedented and has been tagged the most coordinated and largest LLINs campaign in the world. Building on the same experience, he has remained a dependable Consultant to the USAID — funded Projects on replacement campaigns across States in Nigeria.
He is a lecturer with Adamawa State University, Mubi. He has published widely in both national and international journals. Working in the university system has equipped him with the required cosmopolitan skill to lead in a plural setting.

He was also an Associate Partner and Head, Government Relations at Machine and Equipment Corporation Africa (MECA).
He is a Political Scientist with a bias in Political Economy, Policy and Development. He studied at ABU Zaria, University of Ilorin and University of Maiduguri. He is an academic and a Consultant to Development Partners and the Private Sector.
