Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the Governor of Adamawa State, is making more significant strides in addressing the pressing issues of parental flooding and gully erosion that has been disturbing the state in the past, especially the axis of Saminaka, FGGC fence, Airforce Comprehensive secondary school etc His administration has recognized the devastating impact these environmental challenges have on the livelihoods and well-being of the populace The Governor has recently initiated another 3.5km of 4mx1.5m storm water drains along the Yola-Girei federal highway – Federal Housing Estate- Badrisa in order to mitigate the lingering diversification caused by water along those axis during raining season.
