Dr. Mary B. Paninga, Ph.D, FICA, is a highly accomplished Financial & Credit Management Specialist and Consultant. With a strong academic background including a Doctorate in Credit Management, MSc in Credit Management, MBA (Finance), and BSc in Accounting, she possesses extensive expertise in her field.

Dr. Paninga is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators of Nigeria, a Certified Accountant, and a member of both the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Institute of Certified Cost Management.

She is the driving force behind the Women Economic Emancipation Initiative (WEEI) and a trained Social Safety Net Alumni by the World Bank Institute. Her contributions have been recognized with numerous accolades, such as the Distinguished Leadership in National Development Gold Award (2011) and the Best female philanthropist in Taraba State (2013).
