The donation was received by Deputy Governor Professor Kaletapwa Farauta on behalf of the state during a condolence visit led by Nana Shettima, wife of the Vice President, representing Senator Tinubu. Farauta described the intervention as timely and assured that the donated items would be distributed transparently to ensure they reach those in need. The donation was made possible through the Renewed Hope Initiative, with contributions from donors, including the Abdulsamad Rabiu Africa Initiative.
