The Adamawa State Government has given the green light for the sale of 1,000 housing units at the Malkohi State Housing Estate in Yola South. Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri’s administration has revived the stalled project, which was affected by inflation and economic challenges.This development aims to address accommodation challenges for civil servants and boost confidence in the government.
According to the commissioner of Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Adamu Pirambe, revealed that the Prices: ₦9.7 million for 2-bedroom flats and ₦11.7 million for 3-bedroom flats. Adding that a committee has been put in place to ensure transparency in the allocation process.
