ADAMAWA STATE GOVERNMENT IN PARTNERSHIP WITH UNICEF ORGANIZES A THREE DAY WORKSHOP STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLANNING ON THEORY OF CHANGE AND RESULT BASE MANAGEMWNT

The Adamawa State Government has partnered with UNICEF to strengthen result-based management (RBM), theory of change and result base frame work in the state.

The collaboration aim to improve programme planning, implementation, and evaluation, ultimately enhancing the delivery of essential services to citizens.- Strengthen RBM capacity of state government officials.

It will also enhance programme monitoring and evaluation, improve
accountability and transparency.

This partnership reflects the commitment of Adamawa State Government and UNICEF to achieving sustainable development goals and improving the lives of citizens, particularly women and children.

In it’s joint effort the state planning commission and UNICEF organized three day workshop on Results base management held at Mope hotel,Numan Local Government area of Adamawa State on the 25 to 27 November 2025.

The Executive Chairman Adamawa State planning commission Dr Mary Panninga represented by the permanent Secretary of the commission Mr Tanimu Buba encouraged the participants to put more effort towards archiving the desired goals .

He Expressed gratitude to Governor Ahmadu Fintiri for supporting all programs that are geared toward the development of the state.

In their separate remarks the representatives of partners (fabel Foundation) Fatima Belel and Rebecca Kwabe Representing women commended the fore sight of state planning commission and UNICEF for the program adding that, coming together of stakeholders and partners will give room for inclusivity in the implementation of the 10 years strategic plan.
