ADAMAWA STATE PLANNING COMMISSION CONVENES BOARD MEETING ON 10-YEARS STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The Adamawa State Planning Commission Board held a crucial meeting today at the State Planning Commission Conference Hall to deliberate on the draft proposed 10-Year State Strategic Development Plan (2026-2035)
Chaired by the Executive Chairman of the Adamawa State Planning Commission, the meeting recorded the participation of Honorable Commissioners from the Ministries of Finance, Agriculture, Budget Budget and Economic Planning, Works and Energy, Water Resources, Commerce, and Lamour and Productivity.
The 10-Year State Strategic Plan (2026-2035) represents a comprehensive framework designed to chart the developmental trajectory of Adamawa State over the next decade. The draft document is expected to address critical areas including economic diversification, infrastructure development, agricultural transformation, water resource management, and workforce development.
The deliberations at today’s meeting are expected to shape the final version of the strategic plan, which will serve as the blueprint for resource allocation, project prioritization, and performance measurement across the state over the next ten years.
