The management of the Adamawa State Planning Commission (ASPC), led by the Executive Chairman, Dr. Mary Paninga, paid a condolence visit to the Wife of the Governor of Adamawa State, Hajiya Lami Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, following the death of her driver.
During the visit, Dr. Paninga expressed the Commission’s heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the First Lady and her family over the painful loss. She described death as an inevitable part of life and prayed for the repose of the deceased’s soul as well as strength and comfort for the bereaved family during this difficult period.
Among the delegation was the Special Adviser on Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Augustine James, alongside members of the management team of the Commission.
Responding, Hajiya Lami Fintiri appreciated the ASPC management for the visit and their show of compassion, noting that their support and prayers were a source of comfort to the family at a moment of grief.
The visit highlighted the spirit of empathy, solidarity, and shared humanity that continues to characterize public service and leadership in Adamawa State.
