The Adamawa State A four-day workshop on capacity development for health policy makers, sponsored by the Adamawa State Primary Health Care Development Agency in collaboration with UNICEF, has successfully concluded in Gombe State. The workshop aimed to enhance the skills of participants in critical thinking, leadership, management, and budget mobilization for improved primary healthcare service delivery. Hon. Umar Nashon Gubi, Executive Chairman of Mayo-Belwa Local Government Council, expressed optimism that the training would lead to enhanced service delivery in primary health sectors across Adamawa State. The workshop brought together health policy makers and stakeholders to strengthen their capacity for effective leadership and management in the health sector.
