Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri extended his comprehensive statewide tour to Mayo-Belwa Local Government Area, where he inspected the Mayo-Belwa Cottage Hospital and pledged to upgrade it to a General Hospital.

He also commissioned several notable projects, including the newly built international cattle market.

The governor disclose that it is not yet time for politics but for governance hence it’s commitments to continue to provide dividends of democracy to the people.He called on people of Mayo- Belwa to keep supporting the government as it will not be distracted from its developmental strides.

The visit to Mayo Belwa forms part of a broader strategic initiative to visit all 21 local government areas, focusing on evaluating grassroots development, engaging with local stakeholders, and commissioning infrastructure projects.
