The Poverty Alleviation and Wealth Creation Agency (PAWECA) has announced the resumption of data capture for the Fintiri Business Wallet programme, following the suspension for the Sallah break.
According to a statement by the Director General, Dr. Michael Zira, the exercise will recommence on Monday, 1st June 2026.
All field staff have been directed to return to their designated posting areas across the 21 Local Government Areas to continue registration for beneficiaries yet to be captured.
Dr. Zira reaffirmed the agency’s commitment to inclusivity, assuring every eligible beneficiary in possession of a PAWECA form that they will be captured.
He urged the public to remain patient and cooperate with officials to ensure a smooth and orderly process.
The resumption marks the continuation of the state government’s drive to expand access to financial support for small-scale traders and vulnerable groups across Adamawa.
