A delegation led by a Director from the Ministry of Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs visited Adamawa State on a learning and exchange mission.The purpose of the visit was to study the implementation of the Adamawa State Citizens Engagement and Participatory Planning Policy (CEPPP) and the state’s approach to Technological Monitoring and Evaluation, to potentially adopt similar processes in Borno State. The delegation also included GIZ Field Coordinators from both Adamawa and Borno States, along with other GIZ staff.
