Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri today commissioned key projects in Shelleng Local Government Area as part of his ongoing statewide tour.

‎The projects include a Primary Health Care Centre, the Fresh Air Town Hall with a 3,000 seating capacity, and the Fresh Air Shopping Plaza. These projects were executed by the Executive Chairman of Shelleng LGA to improve healthcare, community engagement, and economic activities in the area.

‎In their separate remarks, the Honourable Member House of Assembly, Hon. Kantamo Bulus, and the Council Chairman, Hon. Abubakar Musa Abba, expressed their appreciation to the Governor for his consistent support and for bringing governance closer to the grassroots.

‎Speaking at the event, Governor Fintiri said he was extremely proud of the achievements and performance of the council chairman, describing the projects as impactful and people-oriented.

‎The Governor also assured the people of Shelleng that their request for a water project will be addressed. He further reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to completing the Kiri-Shelleng Road with asphalt, to improve connectivity and boost economic activities in the area.
